Jina Kim-Prunera MA, ACC

 

In her training work, Jina is an expert in building cultural bridges, especially between the East and West. Jina is seen as a trusted advisor to many of her global clients. She works with them to improve their skills in leading, communicating and engaging cross-culturally.

Coaching is a tool, which Jina uses in all her work. It is about providing the client a safe space, where they can be heard deeply and be challenged in their thinking and perspectives.

 

Jina also works with the Academia to provide students with practical learning and coaching. Jina provides a link between Academia and the corporate world to enable cross-learning in intergenerational differences and business realities.

Jina is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a licensed Consultant in the psychometric tool The International Profiler (TIP) and holds a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching with AoEC. She also holds a Certificate in Becoming Global Citizens for a Sustainable Society educating on Sustainable Development Goals (by the United Nations).

She studied Economics and piano in Vienna and started her career in a Japanese corporate managing subsidiaries and agency partners in over 25 markets. She left the corporate world to pursue her passion for education and has been working with thousands of people from 40+ countries in her role as coach and trainer since 2009. She is an entrepreneur and the biggest driver of all is her curiosity.
