Cross cultural Communication - Toolkit for effective conversations 

Today's employees work in a pressurised environment where it is all down to clear and effective communication to perform best. The challenge is that not only do we have different individual communication preferences but our communication style i.e. the way we speak and listen but also non-verbal communication as well as sensitivity to difficult conversations, is culturally conditioned.

It is equally important that we are aware of how we speak but also how we are perceived by others. In addition, it is important to know what to look out for when we communicate with someone from another culture.

The objective of this programme is to support delegates to build trusted relationships and to be successful in their work through great communication skills, that work across cultures. This session will help them to build their competence and confidence in speaking, listening and engaging cross-culturally.
