Born in South Korea and raised in Austria, I studied in France and have lived and worked almost 4 years in the Netherlands and 19 years in the UK. Now living in Vienna with my Spanish-Catalan husband and our cosmopolitan children, I am passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds. After studying economics and piano in Vienna, I began my career in a Japanese corporation where I was responsible for Marketing Strategy in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) managing subsidiaries and suppliers across the region. In 2009, I shifted my focus to business coaching and intercultural training and have since worked with thousands of people from more than 40 countries.

​In addition to my corporate work, I am a lecturer in academia teaching intercultural competencies, effective communication, global collaboration, and strategic thinking. I love working with students and helping them to bridge theoretical knowledge with business realities. I focus on developing student’s future skills such as peer teamwork and enhance student’s global perspectives.
